Hi, I’m Randy Epa...

An Entrepreneur, Social Media Manager, Content Strategist, and Virtual Assistant from the Philippines.

Before stepping into remote digital work, I spent 12 years in financial advisory with 6 years in executive position, where I learned the value of clear communication, trust-building, client care, servant leadership, problem solving and organized execution. That experience shaped the way I work today: intentional, people-focused, and committed to helping brands communicate with clarity and purpose.

Over the years, I’ve handled client conversations, follow-ups, presentations, event coordination, team leadership, content creation, and business operations. These experiences helped me understand that effective brand is not only about looking professional. It should communicate clearly, connect with the right audience, reflect the brand’s values, and support the business goals behind every message.

Today, I help entrepreneurs, service-based businesses, personal brands, and growing teams with their day-to-day operations through marketing, community engagement, customer communication, and administrative support.

I’ve also supported brands such as YuRo Travels, Alagang Kaiser, and Content with Karen, helping them build a stronger online presence through clear messaging, consistent content, and audience-focused storytelling.

YuRo Travels Private Tour Transportation Service

  • Managed the social media marketing and online brand presence of YuRo Travels, a private tour and transportation service based in Barcelona, Spain.
  • Created content strategies targeted to Filipino travelers, families, and premium private tour clients visiting Spain and nearby European destinations.
  • Wrote captions, promotional copy, and customer-focused content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Planned social media posts, travel content ideas, client stories, tour promotions, and destination-based content.
  • Supported client inquiries through social media messaging, including bookings, travel planning, itinerary preparation, and coordination with owners.
  • Helped position the brand as a trusted Filipino-operated private tour provider by creating content focused on comfort, convenience, trust, personalized service, and premium travel experiences.
